Salvete quirites, utinam valeas.

I've seen all these posts on Roman hamburgers and, unfortunately,
haven't had the chance to read all of them so if this has been said
before, then I appologise.

Are there any decent recipes for Vegeburgers out there?

Subject: Temporary Server Problem!
From: NovaRomaNH@--------
Date: Fri, 9 Oct 1998 15:26:29 EDT
Salvete, Omnes,

I just discovered that the Nova Roma website is down. Nobody panic... the
internet server that we're with just crashed. ALL their websites are down
temporarily!

They'll most likely have the problem fixed by tonight - tomorrow morning at
the latest. I kinda feel sorry for all the techies running around tearing
their hair out right now! In the meantime the Live Chat and Message boards are
still open, and we'll no doubt survive this. Sure, it's a little like having
the electricity go off, and having to sit around and read a book with a
flashilight, but still!

Much more relieved after having checked the situation out,

Marcus Cassius Julianus

I usally get to it via the main site so I can check out any
alterations previously.

While the Nova Roma Web site is temporarily down, the chat room is on a
different server and thus should work OK. Go to
<a href="http://mercury.beseen.com/chat/rooms/s/5998" target="_top" >http://mercury.beseen.com/chat/rooms/s/5998</a>.

Salvete omnes

I returned home from college today to the distressing news that my
little brother had been taken to hospital from school.
He fell playing football and broke two bones in his wrist and
displaced some in his arm. He had to have an operation at around 19:30
(GMT). He's all right but asleep in hospital.

Please will you prayfor his speedy return to health.

I thank you all

Salvete

Cin and Erici I hope you read this soon.

I was chatting on the room and the lower frame suddenly disapeared!

I can't speak on the room. I can listen but not talk!!

Can this be solved?

Thanks for the latest Tela Romana!
Next time, can you try sending it in some other format? Are you using
Word? Whatever it is, it comes through perfectly formatted EXCEPT for
paragraph marks at the end of EVERY line. Why e-mail does this, I have
no idea. Maybe it's going from MAC to PC that does it. I have to take
'em all out individually. Maybe try saving as ASCII text?
