I believe the key phrase here is *into the SENATE BOARD* (capitililization
mine)

I agree with you......with one issue....if the message *you left* was intended
to be left on the Senate Board, why does it appear here on the public board?

Actually I have a book (which is unfortunately not in front of me, so this
may be an approximation of the title) called "Inns and Taverns of Greece and
Rome". I haven't cracked it open for a while, but I do believe it has some
nifty illustrations and maybe even some floor plans. If you wish, I could
copy some of the interesting bits and send them off to you.

Salvete,

There is very little to report from the Collegium Pontificum at this time. We
have not been able to complete any new votes or resolutions due to problems
with Beseen.com. Suddenly some of the members are having problems getting to
the Beseen boardroom.

We have contacted Beseen, who has been particularly unhelpful. It may be a
while before we can either fix the problems with the existing board, or find
another board that everyone can access. At least a week or two. There will be
very little possibility of more news before then.

Valete,

The Regia never housed the Vestals! They had their own house!

I am not really up on the subject, but there is a MithrasList on the
internet which probably could answer all your questions about Mithras,
and a couple who belong to Nova Roma who have a vrtual Temple of Mars
who should be able to help you. If you cannot contact these people let
me know and I will dig out the addresses.
