Yes, that's why Scaevola is working on an Edicta which
can provide a system of arbitration between NR
citizens, and which also will pass muster in a US
Court of Law. On the other hand, if NR vendors live up
to the Roman values, why should there ever be a
problem?

Scaveola is doing a great job... :) I have been very impressed by his Edicta
.....and I am looking forward to the next draft...But on the hand of Roman
Values....let us all remember that the ancient Romans were very a very legal
minded lot.... It is very important that we have these protections in place
to protect both the Vendor and the Customer.
