why #1 a lot of ISP/OSP do not let IRC go thu there firewall's as it is
EZ for anyone who knows how to take over your irc sysid.

Salvete,

Ok, my Windows 95/98/NT program that tags Latin and German text files to
create Perseus-like web-pages is on-line now. You can find the free program
and the on-line documentation at:
<a href="http://www.razorbackroad.com/~ckieffer/program.html" target="_top" >http://www.razorbackroad.com/~ckieffer/program.html</a>
Let me know if you have any questions or problems. I hope to have
Apuleius' "Metamorphosis" aka "The Golden Ass" up in a week or two.

Bene valete,

I'd like an IRC chat room.
I prefer Undernet.
We can start out just creating a room whenever someone is online,
and if there is enough interest, we can register the channel.
