Salve,

I don't mean to imply the modarators have that responsibility, I mean
to State it outright.

Based on conversations I've had with site owners who HAVE consulted
lawyers.

1. If you do NO moderation and have never done any moderation you can
claim to have acted as a common carrier, and avoid US lawsuits. It's
too late for that. This case involved Compuserve.

2. Once you do any Moderation you ARE responsible for maintaining
Editorial content and ARE liable for site content in US courts.

3. In the UK you can be sued for the content that third parties post
on your site regardless of moderation, even if the site and the third
party are outside the UK, as per a case involving Demon internet. They
carried a US based Thai language news site where a US citizen made a
post defaming a British subject.

I Personaly consider these laws to be absurd and think liability
should be limited to the person who made the post, but regardless of
mine or anyone else's opinion of the court rulings, the precedents
have been set and it would not be wise to ignore them.

Much of modern Christianity stems from pagan practices so Christianity itself
is a "mixed"religion - much like your marriage. I am a Christian as well, but
enjoy being open-minded - it's the only way to continue learning.

Recently, i searched my oath of office as propraetor,
and didnt found it in the main list. Perhaps i
mistakenly issued it to someone else. So, im reissuing
my oath, because this is necessary to officialy act in
name of Nova Roma.

Recentemente, procurei por meu juramento de oficio
como propraetor, e nao o encontrei na lista principal.
E possivel que eu a tenha enviado por engano a outra
pessoa. Entao, estou reeditando meu juramento, pois
apenas assim posso agir oficialmente em nome de Nova
Roma.

The few circles he has been to with me h got along just fine.
Apparently a lot of modern pagan music is retrofitted english
folksongs that happen to be in the newest book of common song
from the late 60s early 70s like 'Lord of the Dance' so he
already knew most of the music and it was a simple matter for him
to sight read off the lyric sheet ;-)

I happen to dislike groups, I am very solitary myself. I have no
idea why they keep trying to recruit me ;-)
