I applaud the creation of this temple and wish the
adherants all the greatest of success and Blessings of
Jupiter Optimus Maximus et al.
This concrete revival of Religio Romana in Southern
California have been a labor of love and respect by
Antonia Cornelia and Secunda Cornelia. They have both
worked very hard and put much effort into creating
this temple.
I think the fact that having rites on Sunday merely
facilitates most people's schedules. This is a day
most people have off from work and that they set aside
for enjoyment, family and fellowship.
Because Religio Romana is still in minority, social
and legal aspects of the society that we live in will
have an influence upon the practice.
Since there is no worship of Christ or the
Judeo-Christian God, I find it difficult to make any
comparison with the Roman Catholic Church and their
doctrine.
Again, I wish all the participants of Temple Religio
Romana the highest degree of success and blessings.
Salve, Maximina Octavia

[novaroma] ATTN: Lost Roman |

Excuse me for not using the appropriate protocol, bu I'm
not sure where to address this. I registered to join Nova
Roma a month or more ago and have yet to hear back from
anyone. The family I signed up for (Maxentius) never
responded to my e-mail. What do I do now? Join another
family and change my name? How does one know which families
have active members and which ones don't?
Thanks for any advice.
Lea Galanter
aka Galla Maxentius Gemina.
