Your supposition is correct, as far as it goes. Programming is slow
but steady, but AncientWorlds is not yet open for business. Founded
by the creators of AncientSites (without, I am happy to say, all the
corporate folderol that later acccreted) it will be a grass-roots
community and has the feel of the original, I'm happy to say, during
its first two years of life.

Anyone who was a member of the original AS may certainly login and
preview; new members will be able to join later in the fall, perhaps
early October.

If I can answer any specific questions, feel free to contact me
directly!

Well, do you know how exepensive it will be?

I liked the atmosphere of Ancient Sites, and have missed it. I can
see how some would like it as another community in addition to Nova Roma.

Are there any other Nova Romans here who are/will be members of
Ancient Worlds?

Thanks all. I thought that was the way it should be, but wanted a second

Salvete omnes

I am, hereby, announcing the change of my cognomen
from Viator to Peregrinator, this being a more accurate
translation of my last name on which I modeled my cognomen.

The Censor already approved it, and it is official.

My name is not, any longer, Gaius Galerius Viator,
but is Gaius galerius Peregrinator.

Valete omnes.

Gaius Galerius Peregrinator.

Salve Aurelia Fabia from F. Galerius Aurelianus Secundus of the provincia
America Austrorientalis.

Welcome to Nova Roma and congratulations on your new citizenship. I am a
member of the gens Galeria. Our patron dieties are Sulis-Minerva,
Pan-Apollo, and Hecate. My interests are primarily history, militaria,
brewing, and cooking although I do find a visit to the local thermae to be
quite enjoyable. I look forward to hearing from you in the future if the
Gods will it. Vale.
