As required by the lex Cornelia Domitia de re publica constituenda, the Senate, that is the Board of Directors of Nova Roma, Inc. hereby confirms all non-corporate legal documents, offices, actions and decisions made until the day of this declaration of recognition without any exception.

I. This declaration is made to cause legally the validity and the recognition of the corporate government as lawful under the laws of the republic. This resolution of the Board of Directors confirms all non-corporate legal documents, offices, actions and decisions as official and valid legal documents, offices, actions and decisions of the corporation.

II. This declaration extends not only to the legal documents, offices, actions and decisions made between the period of the internal conflict and corporate crisis of Nova Roma (2015-2021), but to all legal documents, offices, actions and decisions made before November 16, 2015 since the founding of Nova Roma in 1998, which were not fully validly enacted due to the discrepancy in the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of Nova Roma, Inc. This includes the following items:
