Upon the advice of the quaestor and pontifex Cn. Cornelius Lentulus and the aedilis and flamen M. Hortensia Maior Faustina, who negotiated in the name of consul Sex. Lucilius Tutor with the Roman religious communities of Templum, Communitas Populi Romani, Agora, Tribus Opalina, Vila Pagã, and Ad Maiora Vertite, the Nova Roman Senate mandates flamen Carmentalis and aedilis plebis M. Hortensia Maior Fabiana Faustina to offer sacrifice to Vesta and pontifex and quaestor Cn. Cornelius Lentulus to offer sacrifice to Mars in remembrance of Hypatia, in the spirit of international and interorganizational Concordia, in remembrance of the destruction of ancient Roman polytheistic religion, for Nova Roma and for the Nova Roman people, for unity among all New Romans, and for the revival of the Roman religion, together in a join ceremony with the aforementioned communities.
