On a.d. VI Kal. Feb. MMDCCLVIII a.u.c. Pontifex Maximus M. Cassius Julianus convened the Comitia Curiata to consider the adoption of Valeria Metella by Gnaeus Iulius Caesar with concurrent change of order from the Plebeian to the Patrician order.
Having considered the facts and circumstances surrounding this request, and upon the recommendation of both Censors, the following Lictors of the Comitia Curiata have witnessed and approved this adoption and change of order:
