Appointment of  Gallio Velius Marsallas  as   Scribus

I hereby officially appoint  Gallio  Velius  Marsallas as my Scribus to help facilitate the work on the website of Nova Roma.

I would also like to publicly manifest my recognition for the work that Gallio Velius Marsallas has been doing to keep the Tabularium updated.
