		+	According to the "EDICTUM CONSULARE DE IMAGINIBUS CANDIDATORUM ET MAGISTRATUUM" it was obligatory for all magistrates and candidates to submit their ID photo to the Album Civium with the deadline of 15 November. According to this law, failing to do so causes 5 Census Points deduction to the magistrates who violate the edict, and candidates failing to do so lose their candidacy.

As a clarification to the "EDICTUM CONSULARE DE IMAGINIBUS CANDIDATORUM ET MAGISTRATUUM," in the future, no candidate can be officially accepted as candidate as long as they haven't submitted their Album Civium ID photo. Only citizens with ID photos can be elected as magistrates, and if they remove their photo and do not replace it, they shall receive the poena administrativa as described in the aforementioned edict. The poena can be inflicted in edict by by the consuls, praetors, aediles and the triumviri capitales, whichever notices the failure first. Before the issuing of the poena, a warning shall be sent to the magistrate publicly and privately at the same time, and if the picture hasn't been uploaded or submitted to the curator of the website within a nundinum after the warning, the poena must be inflicted.

		+	III.B. ID photos in Roman dress are preferred, but modern (or other) clothing is acceptable on the photo, as well, as long as it clearly shows the face of the person. If the person is in Roman garment in the photo, it must be a garment that is permitted by their rank in Nova Roma.
