		+	I. I, Cn. Cornelius Lentulus, praefectus of Italia, hereby recruit and establish the Numerus Quintanorum ("Numerus Kyntanon" association; unit name to be further precised later), as a friendly unit of Nova Roma.

		+	II. I hereby appoint C. Flavius Theodorus Gotograecus as the commander of the unit as praefectus. At the same time, I recognize and appoint him in the military rank proper centurio princeps prior.

		+	In the most festive day of all Romans, the Parilia, Dies Natalis Romae, in the Eternal City, Rome, I have the honor to levy the Legio X Fretensis Melitensis as a full status Nova Roman citizens’ legion. I am proclaiming the following edict on the recruitment of the Legio X Fretensis Melitensis (macrionationally represented by the incorporated Legio X Fretensis – Malta VO/1045) as an Autonomous Reenactment Unit of Nova Roma:

		+	IV. I also establish Civitas Melita (macronational country of Malta) as the local subdivision of Praefectura Italia, and I appoint C. Cautius Marinus Leonicus as praefectus civitatis Melitae. No oath is required. As our local headquarters, Civitas Melita organizes all Nova Roman citizens, military reenactment units and other Nova Roman societies into one unity in modern Malta.

		+	In the last year, we have established a friendship with the Legio Palatina - Moesiaci Seniores - Protectores Domini Nostri in Praefectura Italia of Nova Roma, and especially with the help of M. Caecina Maxentius, we have reached the point where we can finally establish the first legionary unit of Nova Roma in Italia. As praefectus of Italia, I am proclaiming the following edict on the recruitment of the Legio Palatina - Moesiaci Seniores - Protectores Domini Nostri (macronationally represented by the Protectores Domini Nostri, APS) as an Allied Autonomous Reenactment Unit of Nova Roma:
