A. Liburnius Hadrianus served Nova Roma as praetor in M. Pompeio Sex. Lucilio cos. MMDCCLXVIII a.u.c., tribunus plebis in Cn. Caesare C. Tullio cos. MMDCCLXV a.u.c. and in C. Claudio T. Domitio (II) cos. MMDCCLXXI a.u.c., and aedilis plebis in St. Cornelia C. Aemilio cos. MMDCCLXVII a.u.c.. He lived in Provincia California, and he was a Romanist, a linguist expert of Romance languages, had a fair knowledge of our Latin language. He was the co-author of a Romance-based constructed language, Neolatino, and the project "Panlatino", which he proposed as a common language for all the descendants of the Roman nation.

Liburnius distinguished himself as a moderate, wise speaker on public affairs, and decent magistrate. He was one of the heroes of Nova Roma when he worked for the saving of Nova Roma during the Third "Civil War" of Nova Roma, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Liberatores Saving Nova Roma. He was enlisted as a soldier assigned to office work in the Legio XXI Rapax of Nova Roma to serve in the internal fight during said crisis period, and he was promoted to the rank of decanus for his merits in saving Nova Roma.

A. Liburnius passed away in March Sex. Lucilio (II) A. Tullia (II) cos. MMDCCLXXV a.u.c.. Aedilis curulis M. Aurelius Cotta Iovius suspended the ongoining Ludi Novi Romani in his memory and dedicated a day of prayer and remembrance in the honor of A. Liburnius Hadrianus.
