Quintus Caecilius Metellus sends greetings to the Tribunes of the Plebs and to the People.
As I hope, may you be well.
I have thought deeply about the Aedileship of the plebs, which in recent years has been neglected. It seems to me an appropriate time to sue for the Aedileship of the plebs and to again serve the People. I will not allow the Republic again to be without and aedile of the plebs; by this missive, I announce that I stand for the Aedileship of the plebs.
