Publius Claudius Caecus

Publius Claudius Caecus (Formerly, Amulius Claudius Petrus) is a Epulone and Sodalus Palatinus within the Public Religio of Nova Roma.[1] He also served as Aedilis Curulis in MMDCCLV.[2] Holding this office he was one of the first to organize formal online contests to celebrate the ludi Cerialia.[3] Publius Claudius Caecus was also the first web master for the province of Canada Citerior. He served in this capacity as scriba to Propreator P. Minucia Strabo.[4]


During the years of K. Buteone T. Labieno cos. MMDCCLVI a.u.c. and Cn. Salvio Cn. Equitio cos. MMDCCLVII a.u.c. Publius Claudius Caecus took a leave on absence from Nova Roma.[5]

Publius Claudius Caecus has also organized fundraisers outside of Nova Roma in order to help raise funds to excavate the "Villa of the Papyri" in Herculaneum. He was also spent a semester in Southren Italy conducting field research sponsored by the University of Naples and Queen's University.
