• The Sacred Year of Concordia, the 25th Anniversary Year of Nova Roma, was opened by aedilis and pontifex Cn. Lentulus, in the name of the consuls, the senate and the people, on Kal. Ian. ‡. The current year will be marked with continuous celebrations in honor of this significant milestone of Nova Roma.
•The annual elections for the current year concluded in December, the new magistrates for the current year were elected and four new laws were enacted.
•Saturnalia celebrations were held throughout Nova Roma. The official main celebration was in Nova Britannia, presided by our consul, an augur, several senators and the two founders of Nova Roma, Cassius and Vedius.
• Nova Roma is incorporating the Canadian Roman Republic organization as its federate municipium.
The senate declared victory and enacted important decrees on triumphs and other awards during its last session.
