Salve Sempronia amica - just a quick note to say that I've made a few of the words on your biography page into links to other pages, and I've added you to Category:Magistrates (Nova Roma) so that you're listed as a current magistrate.

It's also worth mentioning that, despite my urging, M. Octavius has decided to adopt a standard policy of using "i" for both the consonant and the vowel, which means that in due course you may find someone trying to re-spell your praenomen with an "i". Just thought I'd warn you.  :)

Don't worry - personal names are exempt if they exist in "J" form in the Censores' database! Marcus Octavius Germanicus(t) 08:03, 6 April 2006 (CDT)

I want to explain to you why I moved the category "Roman Cooking" to "Roman cooking". Our guidelines say that we should use normal capitalization rules, not "book title" rules. This is to simplify creating links to articles. To link to "Roman Cooking" in a sentence I have to type [[:Category:Roman Cooking|Roman cooking]] and that is a good deal more than [[:Category:Roman cooking]]. In short, it is a policy that gives us less elegant titles but easier linking. Agricola 18:58, 20 October 2006 (CDT)
