Authorization for Production of 1-Sesterce CoinsI. The design for coins in the denomination of one sesterce, as proposed by Marcus Cassius Julianus and attached hereto, is hereby approved and authorization for their production is Hereby granted to Marcus Cassius Julianus. II. Proceeds from the sale of said coins shall first be used to reimburse Marcus Cassius Julianus for expenses incurred in their production, less any voluntary donations he may receive for that purpose. Any further proceeds shall be given to the treasury, subject to item III, below. III.
