Association of Bohemia with Pannonia Provincia

The modern state of the Czech Republic (Bohemia) shall be associated with the provincia of Pannonia, with the understanding that the Senate shall vote on Bohemia's establishment as an independent provincia at such time as the Citizens of Bohemia shall petition the Senate therefor.
