Edictum Thirteen - Appointment of a Senior Legate

I, Quintus Sertorius, Propraetor Canada Occidentalis, issue the following Edicta to announce the appointment of Remesa Debrascus as Senior Legate for Canada Occidentalis. In the absence of the Propraetor, the Senior Legate will act as Governor.
