2/ When you try to follow : "Si vous êtes citoyen et que vous voulez créer votre compte d'édition wiki, connectez-vous à votre page d'album civium. Cliquez sur le bouton "This is you. You can make changes here." et cliquez sur "Create Account or Check Status" (à côté de "Website editor:"). Lisez les instructions et inscrivez-vous au wiki."... the citizen arrives on her/his ac page and does not find the "this is you" area.
