In a [http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Nova-Roma/message/57495 message on our Main List], Consul [[Titus Iulius Sabinus (Nova Roma)|Titus Iulius Sabinus]] announced a delay in implementation of Nova Roma's participation in JSTOR. This is because JSTOR is establishing a new licensing system for not-for-profit membership organizations. The result is that "participation of membership organizations is not possible until the mid of 2009".
