I made Template:ArticleStub for use in new articles. I've asked Aulus Apollonius Cordus to fix the Latin. It looks like this:

This article is a stub. Can you help by expanding it?

renders as: Consul Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus. To do that by hand you would have to write:
