In a message on our Main List, Consul Titus Iulius Sabinus announced a delay in implementation of Nova Roma's participation in JSTOR. This is because JSTOR is establishing a new licensing system for not-for-profit membership organizations. The result is that "participation of membership organizations is not possible until the mid of 2009".
