Division?

It occurs to me that it may be wiser to seperate decreta from responsa in different categories. At the same time, or perhaps instead, it may be wise to seperate them by college. I'm more inclined toward the latter instead of the former, such that we would have something like Acta Pontificum, Acta Augurum, Acta Epulonum, et cetera. Inside these, of course, would be the various decreta and responsa which those colleges created, which would be easily seperated by titles (i.e., decretum vs. responsum). Thoughts, anyone? Q. anything that:
  1. has a reasonable internal logic and
  2. makes the documents easy to use
would have my support. M. Lucretius Agricola 06:51, 25 June 2006 (CDT)

Recategorisation

It seems to me that the decreta pontificum do not need additional separation from the acta generally. Since the decreta themselves are the greater body of the acta, it seems most appropriate that the decreta should simply be categorised in the general acta pontificum. Are there any other thoughts on this? Q·CAEC·MET·POST 06:57, 19 February 2009 (CET)
