REGISTER OF LISTS
The Register of Lists is established and maintained under the authority of the terms and conditions of the Senatus consultum ultimum here. This Senatus consultum ultimum is the governing enactment on the purposes and uses of each of the lists found here. These are the only lists that are officially part of Nova Roma. No Nova Roman business can be conducted on lists other than those specified below. Lists will be added as specified under the terms of the governing enactment.
Subscription instructions for Nova Roman citizens
1. You can only subscribe to these official lists using the email registered in your Album civium account, therefore multiple emails are not allowed.
2. Changing your email in your Album civium account will require re-subscription. During any random checks of subscribers if an email is noted as not being linked to a citizen's account that email may be removed from the list.
3. The Album civium account can be accessed here: http://www.novaroma.org/civitas/album using the widget on the top right.
4. If you no longer have access to the email you joined Nova Roma using and have forgotten the password to your Album civium account, then email the IT Task Force here and the process of verifying your identity to recover your access will commence.
5. If you can log into your Album civium account then after clicking MY ACCOUNT, update your new email in the box provided (on the left side) and press Save Changes button.
6. Then go ahead and subscribe to the list(s) you wish to.
Urbs Novae Romae lists only open to all Nova Roman citizens
State sponsored lists
- The Forum list
- A general discussion group. Nova Roman internal politics and civic concerns are forbidden topics. This is our equivalent to the ancient forum.
- The Rostra list
- A discussion group focused solely on Nova Roman internal politics and civic concerns.
Religio Romana lists
- The Domus Publica list
- A list where Nova Roman citizens can interact with the various pontifices, augurs and other officials of Religio Romana (Roman religion), and pose questions and enagage in general discussion on matters pertaining to the Religio Romana.
- The Templum list
- A non-participatory list where rituals of the Religio Romana are posted.
Magistrate's tribunal list
- The Basilica list
- A list where Nova Roman citizens can be summoned to appear before magistrates to deal with magisterial and official business, or to pose questions of magistrates and a Senate appointed official relating to their office. Serves the consuls, censors, praetors, aediles and the praefectus urbi. This is the equivalent of a magistrate's tribunal, serving multiple magistrates and the praefectus urbi.

- The Amphitheatrum list
- A list where the official gladiatorial ludi and private gladiatorial munera are staged.
- The Circensis list
- A list where the official chariot racing ludi and private chariot racing munera are staged.
- The Theatrum list
- A list where dramatic productions are staged.
Information lists
- The Praeconium list
- A non-participatory list where edicts of magistrates, results of the Senate in Formal Session and other official notices are posted.
- The Wiki list
- A list where citizens can pose questions of a technical nature regarding the Nova Roman Wiki and the mediawiki coding formats.

State Religio Romana collegia lists
- The Collegium pontificum list
- A list only open to pontifices and other religious officials as members of the Collegium pontificum.
- The Collegium augurum list
- A list only open to augurs as members of the Collegium pontificum.
Senate lists
- The Senate list
- A list only open to Senators and grandfathered ex-magistrates.
- The The Senate Civic Education Committee list
- A list only open to Senators who are members of this committee.
- The The Senate Communications Committee list
- A list only open to Senators who are members of this committee.
- The The Senate Finance Committee list
- A list only open to Senators who are members of this committee.

- A list only open when the comitia is called, to citizens to discuss the business of the Comitia centuriata.
- The Comitia populi tributa list
- A list only open when the comitia is called, to citizens to discuss the business of the Comitia populi tributa.
- The Comitia plebis tributa list
- A list only open when the comitia is called, to plebeian citizens to discuss the business of the Comitia plebis tributa. Non-plebeian citizens may only view the discussions, not participate in them.

- A list only open to citizens in the Capite censi and Class V (5th Class).
- The Esquilina list
- A list only open to citizens in Class IV (4th Class), Class III (3rd Class).
- The Collina list
- A list only open to citizens in Class II (2nd Class).

- A list only open to citizens in Class I (1st Class).

- The Sodalitas Coquorum et Cerevisiae Coctorum list
- A list for citizens with an interest in ancient Roman cooking, brewing, vinting, dining, and sharing what you know about ancient Roman cooking, plus that of cultures with which Rome had contact.

- A list for citizens involved in Nova Roman outreach.
- The Sodalitas Graeciae list
- A list for citizens with an interest in the Greek tradition that existed in Ancient Rome.
- The Sodalitas Latinitas list
- A list for citizens with an interest in acquiring or improving their grasp of the Latin language.
- The Sodalitas Militarium list
- A list for citizens with an interest in Roman military study.

- A list for citizens with an interest in the presentation of gladiatorial combat in the ancient Roman tradition, in a safe and yet fun manner.
