Aurelius: Should this law now be modified back to an original form? There is nothing that appears to now modify or repeal this law and it appears to simply be in force as per List of leges (Nova Roma).

I. The Lex Apula de assiduis et capite censis (Nova Roma) is considered 'merged' in the constitution as per List of all passed laws. I cannot find any other evidence to suggest this however.

II. This law states it is being modified by Lex Curiatia Iulia de tributo virginum vestalium (Nova Roma) when, that law states it is only modifying the Lex Apula de assiduis et capite censis (Nova Roma), now apparently gone as per point I above.

III. Lex Cornelia Octavia de assiduis et capite censis (Nova Roma) is considered repealed as per the lex page and List of all passed laws.

Recommendation: To remove all in-line modifications implemented by the above three leges.
