Edictum Nine - Establishment of Newsletter for the Province XIV Ianuarius MMDCCLIV

I, Quintus Sertorius, Praetor Canada Occidentalis, issue the following Edicta to announce the Establishment of an Newsletter for Canada Occidentalis. This Newsletter has been set up to serve the citizens of CO through announcements of events, articles on issues particular to our Provincia and issues dealing with Nova Roma, and other forms of information. All citizens are invited to read this newsletter and contribute. This will at first consist in an email format, and then will be followed by hard copies that will be distributed throughout the Provincia. The Newsletter will be circulated once per month.
