Constitutional Change of the Ordo Equaestor Section of the Constitution Section II.C.2.
Ordo Equester (Equestrian Order) the Equestrian Order shall consist of
high standing citizens who excel in their service to the Res Publica.
Equestrians shall be enrolled into the Ordo Equester as specified by laws
approved by the Comitia.
