By this Lex Moravia Iulia de praetoribus is amended the first paragraph in the Constitution, Article IV.A, section 3, which is:
IV.A.3: Praetor. Two praetors shall be elected by the Comitia Centuriata to serve a term lasting one year. They shall have the following honors, powers, and obligations:

Hereby shall IV.A.3 be amended to:

IV.A.3: Praetor. A number of Praetors, determined by law, shall be elected by the Comitia Centuriata to serve a term lasting one year. The number of praetors, their powers, and their areas of responsibility may be defined by law enacted by the Comitia Centuriata. In addition the praetores shall have the following honors, powers, and obligations:
2. The Lex Moravia Iulia de praetoribus shall become effective as of the Kalends of January AUC 2762.
