Talk:Lex Cornelia de tabulis gentium Novarum Romanarum agendis (Nova Roma)
From NovaRoma
AURELIUS: With the update in constitution, this law could be considered 'LAPSED' as it references the constitution directly. However, the current constitutional references actually appear to still be valid. Despite that, there is several outdated emails and addresses being referenced in this lex which could invalidate the intent of the law.
Recommendation: Due to the nature of this law, a level of interpretation is required. It is recommended that this law be referred to the Praetors to make a determination on continued validity. It will remain 'in force' by default until determined otherwise. --Decimus Aurelius Ingeniarius 13:55, 16 October 2021 (CEST)
