The time schedule requirements in the senatus consultum de ratione senatus regarding the required or allowed period of time for the length of the senate session, of the debate period, of the voting period, and of any procedure that is regulated therein can be disregarded by the convening magistrate if there is no objection from any senator. If a senator makes an objection against the time schedule of the senate session which differs from the one required by the senatus consultum de ratione senatus, the presiding magistrate shall return to follow strictly the schedule regulations in the senatus consultum de ratione senatus.
