Nos, lictores Comitiorum Curiatorum Novae Romae agnoscimus accipimusque Comitiorum Centuriatorum suffragiis consules praetoresque factos atque Comitiorum Populi Tributorum suffragiis aediles curules factos. Qua ex lege de imperio imperium ut lege Arminia Equitia de imperio decretum est his magistratibus conferimus:

  • M. Curiatio Complutensi consuli
  • M. Iulio Severo consuli
  • Cn. Equitio Marino praetori
  • P. Memmio Albucio praetori
  • Cn. Iulio Caesari aedili curuli.

We, the Lictors of the Comitia Curiata of Nova Roma, recognize and accept the results of the elections in the Comitia Centuriata for consules and praetores, and the election in the Comitia Populi Tributa for the aedilis curulis. By this lex de imperio we confer imperium as defined in the Lex Arminia Equitia de imperio upon these magistrates:

  • Marcus Curiatius Complutensis, Consul maior
  • Marcus Iulius Severus, Consul minor
  • Gnaeus Equitius Marinus, Praetor maior
  • Publius Memmius Albucius, Praetor minor
  • Gnaeus Iulius Caesar, Aedilis curulis

This lex de imperio shall become effective on Kal. Ian. MMDCCLXII a.u.c. (1 Jan 2009 CE) and shall remain in effect until pridie Kal. Ian MMDCCLXIII a.u.c. (31 Dec 2009 CE).
