Senatus consultum on the addition of a description of the corporation to the Articles of Incorporation

SENATUS CONSULTUM ON THE ADDITION OF A DESCRIPTION OF THE CORPORATION TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

I. The Senate in recognition of the omission of any textual description of the corporation and its functions authorises the Senate Policy Committee (SPC) to prepare and file such a description.
II. The description shall include, but not be limited to, a description of the corporate offices, as specified in the Constitution, together with any other such clarifications as are necessary to ensure compliance with the laws of the incorporation state of Nova Roma Inc. The committee shall include other details as it considers necessary.
III. The CFO shall file and pay for this amendment to the Articles of Incorporation out of general revenue.
