Gallio Velius Marsallas is one of the most active Roman reenactor of the Nova Roman Americas. He has contibuted significantly to the Sodalitas Militarium of Nova Roma, as well. At many reenactment events, including the Roman Days and Fort Malden Events, he promoted the Sodalitas Militarium and Nova Roma through pamphlets and his excellent replica displays of Roman military garb and armor.

Gallio Velius Marsallas serves in the reenactor Legio XXIV Media Atlantia as its commander in praefectus rank.
