Citizen Profile Photos
If you are a citizen of Nova Roma, you can add a photo to your Album Civium page.
This photo can't be uploaded directly for quality control reasons - we need to ensure that the photos are of the correct size and proportions and are a good representation of a citizen.
Size and Format
As there are many pages where multiple citizen photos appear in an automatic layout, size restrictions must be strictly enforced. The photos must be exactly 150 pixels square. If your picture is larger, we'll crop and resize it to fit; if smaller, we'll add padding at sides or top and bottom, as appropriate, to make it the right size.
The photos on the site must be in JPEG format, with a ".jpg" extension. If you're photo isn't in this format, don't worry - we'll convert it for you.
Submitting Photos
Send your photo as an email attachment to INSERT-ADDRESS-HERE.
If you already have Wiki site editing access, you can instead submit according to the instructions below.

This is technical information for those who manage this website.
- All citizen photos must be in JPG format.
- All photos must be exactly 150 x 150 pixels. Automated page layout breaks if this doesn't happen!
- Larger photos should be cropped and resized.
- Smaller photos should be padded to make them 150x150; recommend /images/marbleback2 for padding.
- Filename format is: CIV-Praenomen_Nomen_Cognomen.jpg
- always CIV- (in caps) at start
- for the name, spell it exactly as it is in the Album Civium.
- Use capital letters for first letter of each element of name, lowercase for the rest
- Underscores between words. Multiple cognomina are OK, use underscores between.
- Filename ends in ".jpg" (lowercase)
- Use "Upload file" link at left to submit.
