"UTI ROGAS" indicates a vote in favor of an item, "ANTIQUO" or "NEGAT" is a vote against, and "ABSTINEO" is an abstention.

The items for consideration are as follows:

ITEM I. Ratification of Constitutional Amendement: Lex Octavia de Centuriata Item PASSED. Uti Rogas (Yes): 16 votes; Antiquo (No): 1 vote.

LCSF: ANTIQUO.

QFM: UTI ROGAS. I agree with Marius. The name Octavia de Ratione Centuriarum is much more descriptive name and should substituted at a later date.

TLF: UTI ROGAS. The ancient Res Publica started with only thirty centuriae, and our population is clearly too small to support one hundred and ninety-three of them. Therefore this measure is both traditional and useful.

CMM: UTI ROGAS. I vote to pass the amendment with the suggestion that the Consules consider revising the title at some point. I offer the title Lex Octavia de Ratione Centuriarum for consideration and stand ready to offer comments on request.

MOG: UTI ROGAS. This amendment, which allows for a number of centuries proportional to the population, will greatly contribute to a smooth running of the December elections, and decrease the likelihood that a "run-off" will be needed because no candidate obtained a majority of centuries. The people have already passed this lex overwhelmingly.

ATMC: UTI ROGAS. With the relatively few citizens that we have at this time, I believe this is needed.

ITEM II. Payment of $84 to Provincia Hispania Item PASSED unanimously. Uti Rogas (Yes): 17 votes.

PC : UTI ROGAS. I am impressed by this Provincia's activity and hope that it will serve as a model for others.

QFM: UTI ROGAS. We must live up to our promises

MOG: UTI ROGAS. Hispania is a dynamic and active province, with several events planned for the citizens. The citizens of Hispania have made a reasonable request for their portion of the money collected in that province, and we should grant it without delay

TLF: UTI ROGAS. Hispania is legally entitled to the money. Even if that weren't the case, it's a reasonable request from an outstanding provincia.

ATMC: UTI ROGAS. I believe that this is due to Provincia Hispania. Beyond that, Provincia Hispania has certainly contributed much, and is one of our most enthusiastic provinces.
