Senatus Consultum XI: Diplomatic recognition of Federation Ark

We received an email from a representative of another Micronation called "Federation Ark" requesting relations with us. They have a web site at http://www.chemi.muni.cz/~jdqh/federate.html. They have already listed us as a "recognized" nation.

Having checked it out, I believe it is entirely the sort of fantasy role-playing outfit we want to avoid. One of their sub- units is listed as a "magicracy", they have fantasy geography and history, etc. I ask my fellow Senators to vote nay on
