Priscilla Vedia Serena was a founding citizen of Nova Roma, wife of pater patriae Fl. Vedius Germanicus. They have a son L. Vedius Germanicus. She served Nova Roma for two years as vigintisexvira curatrix sermonis, supervisor of the official forum, and held various lower offices, in which she excelled and was praised for professionalism and dutiful work.

She was nominated to be elevated to the senate on Non. Ian. M. Octavio L. Sulla (II) cos. MMDCCLV a.u.c. by the majority of senators, but the censors didn't appoint her. This, and other political manipulations caused her to renounce her citizenship on a.d. IV Id. Mar. M. Octavio L. Sulla (II) cos. MMDCCLV a.u.c.. Her husband, pater patriae Fl. Vedius followed her in renunciation of his citizenship. Fl. Vedius returned to Nova Roma only two years later.
