Hi - I've had to roll back your changes to Template:SenConSubst.

When using a 'subst' template, you don't edit the template itself. You instead edit your article, and in that article put {{subst:SenConSubst}}. Save your article, then go back into it, and you'll see that it has become a copy of the subst template. Then, make your customizations.
