Order of senatorial rank (Nova Roma)
From NovaRoma
The highest ranking member of the Senate is the princeps senatus. The princeps senatus
is a patrician member of the senate who has also completed a term as censor. He is followed by
anyone who has served as dictator.
They are then followed by those who have served as censor, consul, praetor, aedilis, tribune, quaestor, and private senators. They are then ordered within each group by citizen number (except for the princeps senatus).
