The Provincia of Scythia et Russia in Nova Roma comprises the territory of Russia and Belarus. The province was created by seperation from Provincia Sarmatia. |
The provincial flag is composed of the representative symbol of the Eastern Roman Empire, the successor of which Russia considered itself.
