ANNOUNCEMENT OF LUDI PLEBEII 2761 AUC
As part of the forthcoming Ludi Plebeii, to be held from 24th to 30 November 2008, I, as Nova Roma's Plebeian Aedile, will be setting up and managing the following games:
Ludi Circenses
The Chariot Race Quarterfinals, which took place on November 28, had the following chariots qualified for the semifinals:
-Orionis Draco, owned by T. Licinius Crassus, driven by Equus Magnus;
-Lightning II, owned and driven by L. Fidelius Lusitanus;
-Incitatus, owned by C. Petronius Dexter, driven by Stolo.
- All three chariots above from Factio Veneta
-The Sunburst and Volcanus, both owned by Q. Servilius Priscus, driven respectively by Celts Ambicator and Merddyn, both from Factio Praesina.
-Blazius III, owned by S. Postumius Albus, driven by Spurius Figulus;
-Germanica, owned by D. Arminius Brutus, driven by Antropophagus.
- Both chariots above from Factio Russata
-Biga Fortuna, owned by Cn. Equitius Marinus, driven by Aoife of the Silures, for Factio Albata.
