Liburnius distinguished himself as a moderate, wise speaker on public affairs, and decent magistrate. He was one of the heroes of Nova Roma when he worked for the saving of Nova Roma during the Third "Civil War" of Nova Roma, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Liberatores Saving Nova Roma. He was enlisted as a soldier assigned to office work in the Legio XXI Rapax of Nova Roma to serve in the internal fight during said crisis period, and he was promoted to the rank of decanus for his merits in saving Nova Roma.
