Originally Pompeia Cornelia Strabo, she became a citizen of Nova Roma in Q. Maximo M. Minucio cos. MMDCCLIII a.u.c., and served as Praetor in M. Octavio L. Sulla (II) cos. MMDCCLV a.u.c.. She was elected Consul along with Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus in December Fr. Apulo C. Laenate cos. MMDCCLVIII a.u.c..

Minucia Strabo has also been known as Pompeia Minucia-Tiberia Strabo, during a union of the gentes Minucia and Tiberia.
