The Praefectus Rei Publicae Administrandae and their office, the Officium Administrationis Publicae was created under the Senatus consultum ultimum de officio rei publicae administrandae and the Senatus consultum ultimum de curatoribus publicis.

I. The Officium Administrationis Publicae operates under the supervision of both consuls, and is responsible for the functioning of the public service system and for civil service within Nova Roma. I. Effective immediately, I hereby appoint C. Marcius Augustinus to serve in the Office of Public Administration as "scriba praefecti rei publicae administrandae Cn. Corneli Lentuli" to work as general assistant in administrative and clerical tasks. His portfolio will be precised later.

II. Oath of office is required.
