I. Although the senate previously voted for the 10th International Grand Conventus of Nova Roma to be held in Emerita Augusta, Merida (Spain), during the XV Emerita Ludica festival, for logistical reasons this became impossible. The Senate revokes the Senatus consultum de Magno Conventu Internationali Novae Romae Emeritae Augustae sive Romae habendo. | I. The senate now determines the location of the 10th International Grand Convention of Nova Roma in Provincia Pannonia, Ajdovščina, Slovenia at the Festival of Late Antique Culture Ad Fluvium Frigidum 2025 from 20-22 of June. The responsible institution for the organization is the Commissio Conventus Praeparandi (Conventus Organizing Committee), and its chairman shall be Cn. Lentulus, the legatus pro praetore of Pannonia, its members shall be consul C. Flavius Stilicho and quaestor C. Aemilius Iohannes Serdicensis. Any further members shall be appointed by the provincial governor or the consul, by edict. Financial support by the Treasury may be asked by the Conventus Organizing Committee. | II.
