The curator aerarii position, and title, is now defunct.

The Nova Roman Senate has appointed a Chief Financial Officer (hereinafter CFO). This position oversees the corporate responsibilities of the Not for Profit Corporate side of Nova Roma, incorporated in Maine. The CFO position is substantially different from the curator aerarii in the past and even the previous appointed CFO. It is purely a corporate position responsible to ensure Nova Roma's corporate compliance with the laws of the State of Maine and the IRS.

Past Resolutions of the Board of Directors of Nova Roma Inc.

Resolution One (1)[1]:

"Resolved: that the Board of Directors of Nova Roma, Inc. hereby names [Equestria Iunia Laeca], Chief Financial Officer of Nova Roma, Inc. for a term lasting two years and one month, from 1 Feb. 2008 until 1 March 2010. In the event that the Board of Directors does not appoint another Chief Financial Officer prior to 1 March 2010, [Equestria Iunia Laeca], shall be eligible to act in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer of Nova Roma, Inc. under the direction of the corporate Presidents until such time as the Board of Directors either confirms her in office or replaces her with another as Chief Financial Officer. This appointment may be superceded by a later resolution of the Board of Directors for Nova Roma, Inc."

Resolution Two (2)[2]:

"Resolved: that the Board of Directors of Nova Roma, Inc. hereby appoints [Tiberius Galerius Paulinus], to act as a Financial Officer for a term of two years and one month, beginning 1 Feb. 2008 and lasting until 28 Feb. 2010.

"Further, the Board of Directors for Nova Roma, Inc. hereby appoints [Gn. Equitius Marinus], to act as a Financial Officer for a term of one year and one month, beginning 1 Feb. 2008 and lasting until 28 Feb. 2009."

Resolution Three (3)[3]:

Resolved: that the Board of Directors of Nova Roma, Inc. hereby authorize as signatories to corporate banking accounts:
