The Par. IV of Constitution of Nova Roma is amended as follows. The line:

"An office becomes vacant when the magistrate resigns or dies."
(Article IV, Preface)

is hereby replaced by:

"An office becomes vacant when the the sitting magistrate dies or upon a legally valid resignation as defined by pursuant law"
